SKUCamera support
Keep your photos safe while you check the issue. Start here before recovery or deleting the app.
Typing and scanning
Choose Type SKU or Scan SKU. Check the scanned value before opening the product. An existing SKU opens that product; opening or renaming it does not use another free slot. Letters, numbers, hyphens and underscores are supported.
Camera access and photo quality
If access is denied, enable camera access in iPhone Settings and return to the app. You can still type SKUs, review and export saved photos without camera access. Tap to focus, pinch to zoom and check saved photo quality. The app saves JPEGs up to 2560 pixels on the longest side, without a separate full-resolution original.
Saving and checking a ZIP
Export a product or the whole batch, then use Save to Files or another share destination. Open the ZIP and its JPEGs at the destination before relying on the copy. Exports keep the photos in SKUCamera. Very large batches may exceed ZIP limits and need to be split. Export ZIPs are not password protected.
If the catalog cannot open
Keep the app installed. In Privacy & help, use Save rescue copy before recovery. Restore saved backup is available only when a usable backup exists and may restore an earlier catalog. Restoring keeps saved JPEGs. A rescue ZIP preserves raw files; it is not an automatic import or a guarantee that lost SKU assignments can be rebuilt.
Deleting and keeping backups
Deleting a photo needs confirmation and removes it from the active catalog. Interrupted file removal can leave an unreferenced JPEG; backups or recovery files can retain earlier metadata. Removing the app removes its local data. Keep a verified export first and manage iOS backups and copies elsewhere separately.
Purchases and restores
Creating more than 20 SKUs requires verified purchase rights; opening existing products, export and rescue remain available when a purchase is cancelled, pending, unavailable or revoked. Restore Purchases checks an Apple purchase and is different from Restore saved backup. Prices are loaded from Apple; unavailable product information does not show a guessed price. Apple handles purchase and refund requests under its policies.
Contact support
Email support@capfylab.com if you need help. Email and attachments are optional. A rescue ZIP may contain earlier catalogs or photos no longer visible in the active catalog, so send only what is needed. Support cannot remotely access or reset your app library. We do not promise a response time.
How support handles your information
The CapfyLab owner handles support and is the only person at CapfyLab with access to support information. We keep message text for 90 days after the case is closed and delete attachments and downloaded copies within 30 days after closure. The owner handles deletion manually. Provider backups are handled separately. Email support@capfylab.com to request deletion of information you sent; see the privacy policy for details.
Email SKUCamera support
Include the app version/build, iPhone model, iOS version, what you tried and the exact message. Describe the issue first; do not send your library or rescue ZIP unless needed and you choose to share it.
