Data on your iPhone

SKUCamera keeps your SKUs, product and photo identifiers, saved JPEGs, photo order and catalog dates in local app storage. These records let you reopen, arrange and export photos. The app does not automatically send the catalog or photos to CapfyLab. It has no app account, advertising, developer analytics SDK or developer-operated photo cloud.

Camera and saved images

Camera permission is used to read product codes and capture photos. Codes become SKUs after you check them, without an inventory lookup. Saved JPEGs are up to 2560 pixels on their longest side. Orientation is applied to pixels and camera capture metadata is not copied into the re-encoded JPEG. Catalog dates remain separately. The app does not request location access or read your Photos library and does not keep a second full-resolution capture.

Copies you choose to share

Export ZIPs contain selected saved photos, SKU-based names and a manifest with product identifiers, SKUs, file paths and export time. Rescue ZIPs contain raw catalogs, backups, recovery records and UUID-named JPEGs, including files that may no longer appear in the active catalog. ZIPs are not password protected. The iOS share sheet sends the copy only to the destination you choose; that destination handles its copy under its own policies. Exporting keeps photos in the app.

Local retention, backups and deletion

Local photos and codes remain until you delete them or remove the app. Deletion removes a photo from the active catalog and attempts to remove its JPEG. An interruption can leave an unreferenced file; catalog backups and recovery files may retain earlier metadata. Removing the app removes its local data, but iOS backups and copies saved to Files or another service are managed separately. Verify an exported copy before deletion.

Temporary export copies

App-created temporary exports are removed when the export presentation and its sharing consumers finish. An interrupted session without an active export or share becomes eligible for cleanup after 24 hours when cleanup next runs. Unfinished shares and older files with unknown sharing status may remain for iOS to manage. This is not a guaranteed deletion deadline for every temporary file.

Purchases through Apple

StoreKit communicates with Apple for product information, localized prices, verified purchase rights, purchases and restores. A one-time non-consumable purchase enables new SKUs beyond the free limit of 20 in the current catalog. The app checks product and revocation information locally and has no developer purchase-account server. CapfyLab does not receive payment-card details. Apple handles purchases, transaction records and refunds under its policies. Offline access depends on verified rights available to StoreKit; refunds or revocations may not reach an offline device immediately.

Optional support email

If you email support@capfylab.com, support receives your email address, message, ordinary mail headers and attachments you choose to send. The CapfyLab owner handles support and is the only person at CapfyLab with access to support information. Purelymail provides the mailbox. Support uses the information to answer and investigate your request, not to automatically receive your library. Describe the issue first and send only needed information; a rescue ZIP can include more than the photos visible in the catalog.

Support retention and requests

We keep message text, the sender address and ordinary mail headers for 90 days after the case is closed. We delete attachments and downloaded copies, including ZIPs and extracted files, within 30 days after closure. Attachment-free messages kept in the mailbox follow the 90-day message period; downloaded copies of any kind follow the 30-day period. The owner handles deletion manually. These periods apply to support-held copies and do not promise deletion of Purelymail or another provider’s backups. Email support@capfylab.com to request deletion of information you sent. The owner handles the request without a promised response deadline and cannot remotely erase your iPhone or another provider’s copy.

This website and hosting

This website has no contact form or user account. Language selection uses English/Thai URLs without storing a preference. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses and other request information to serve and protect the site, separately from Web Analytics. Cloudflare handles service logs under its settings and policies; we do not promise a fixed retention period or deletion of its backups.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for website statistics. It measures visits, page views and performance, grouped by country, page, referrer, device, browser and operating system. Cloudflare says this analytics service does not use cookies or localStorage and does not track individuals using IP addresses, User-Agent data or fingerprinting. Cloudflare receives network requests and removes IP addresses at its edge before forwarding Web Analytics data; this does not mean that hosting or security services never process IP addresses. Web Analytics does not record URL query strings. These statistics concern website visits, not your SKUCamera photo library or catalog.

Cloudflare documents six months of dashboard history, with older data sampled. This reporting window is not a guarantee that every kind of Cloudflare data is deleted after six months. See Cloudflare’s privacy information and Web Analytics documentation below.

System diagnostics and choices

The app has no developer telemetry SDK. Apple may process system diagnostics, App Store analytics, purchases and device backups under its settings and policies, and may make diagnostic reports and App Store statistics available to CapfyLab. These services are separate from the local catalog and photos; the app does not automatically send your photo library to CapfyLab. Diagnostic files you choose to send to support follow the support attachment period above. We do not promise a fixed retention period for Apple-managed information. You can change camera permission in iPhone Settings.
